Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Complete the return form included with your original order
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship to our designated Hong Kong address

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect
  • The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • There was an error on our part in order processing
    In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after:

  • We receive the returned item
  • The item passes quality inspection
  • The return is approved
    You will receive email notification at each stage of the process.

6. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to process
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
    Store credit is available with 15% bonus value.

7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Defective item replacements
    Contact customer service before returning items for exchange.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective items:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect
  • We will arrange free return shipping
  • Choose between replacement or full refund

9. Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo quality inspection:

  • Inspection is completed within 3 business days of receipt
  • Notification is sent via email after inspection
  • Items not meeting return criteria will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense

10. International Returns
International customers should:

  • Include all necessary customs documentation
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Use trackable shipping methods
  • Note that return shipping costs are not refunded

11. Sale Items
Sale items can only be returned for store credit unless they are defective or damaged. The store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price paid.
