Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or seasonal peaks, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Local Delivery: The delivery of Products to local addresses within the territory where the Company operates shall be completed within 2 to 5 business days from the date on which the Order is confirmed and the full payment is received by the Company. Business days here refer to regular working days excluding weekends and statutory public holidays.
  • International Delivery: For orders shipped to addresses outside the aforesaid territory, the delivery period shall be 3 to 7 business days, calculated from the date of the Order’s dispatch from the Company’s warehouse. This timeframe excludes any delays arising from customs clearance procedures, international transportation disruptions, or force majeure events beyond the Company’s reasonable control. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its direct management.

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Remote areas or regions with logistical restrictions may incur additional charges or experience longer delivery times. A list of supported countries is available on our website.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Total weight and dimensions of the package.
  • Destination country.
  • Selected shipping method.
    The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real time. You can also track your order via your account on our website.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Certain countries may restrict the import of specific materials (e.g., leather). Customers are advised to check local regulations before ordering.

8. Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address corrections after shipment may incur extra fees.

9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges will apply for re-delivery attempts. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation and restocking fees.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages
In case of lost or damaged packages:

  • Report lost packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery, supported by photos or videos.
    We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue promptly.
